Adventura, the mother company of Meet Scandinavia, recently won the award “Entrepreneurs of the year within Swedish tourism of 2009″. The motivation was as follows:
“With knowledge, experience and a broad network of contacts Adventura tailor-makes programs to client requirements. Products that involve companies in encounters, travel and living. The last few years have shown Adventura to be an expanding, developing business. Plans are already underway for further expansion and the incorporation of more professional guides and producers.”
Going forward Adventura is placing increased emphasis on business tourism to Sweden. By creating a special DMC department they will focus on attracting even more guests from abroad – Meet Scandinavia.
